Olympic Competition T&C’s

1. The promoter is: Classroom Capers whose trading office is at Classroom Capers, PO Box 2250, Pulborough, RH20 6AW, United Kingdom.

2. The competition is open to all schools, colleges and PTA’s in the United Kingdom who make a purchase at the Education Show or via classroomcapers.co.uk, schoolstamps.co.uk or fundraisingstore.co.uk websites up until the 17th Sept 2018. The purchase must be made by an adult 16 years or over, employed at any of the above institutions in the United Kingdom.

Employees of Classroom Capers, School Stamps and Fundraising store and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition will be discounted from entry.

3. Purchases must be made between 15th March and 17th September 2018 at the Education Show or via classroomcapers.co.uk, schoolstamps.co.uk or fundraisingstores.co.uk

4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Unlimited entries per person and per organisation is permitted.

6. Closing date for entry is 17 th September. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

7. All entrants must provide:

• Full name
• Institution associated to the individual.
• Address of the Institution
• Contact email

8. By entering this competition, you reserve the right to be contacted by Classroom Capers, Schools Stamps or Fundraising Store. You can have your details removed at any time by emailing info@classroomcapers.co.uk or calling 0800 058 8105

9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

12. The official prize is:

• A visit from Olympian Bryony Page to your school
• A BERG Talent + Safety net trampoline

13 . Once the prize is received, Classroom Capers, School Stamps and Fundraising Store cannot be held liable for the actions of any individuals, third parties or organisations.

14. Organisation of Bryony’s visit will be organised between the winning individual and Classroom Capers. Availability and allotted time will be at the discretion of Bryony and her management team.

15. The winner will be notified by email or telephone within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

16. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.

17. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

18. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

19. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by British law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Britain

20. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

21. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

22. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with The Education Show or associated third parties of Classroom Capers. You are providing your information to Classroom Capers, School Stamps and Fundraising Store and not to any other party.

23. Classroom Capers’ decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.

24. Classroom Capers shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

25. Classroom Capers also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
