Last month Jenny and I attended the NSSEA Expo in Orlando and I'm very pleased to say it was brilliant!  We met with our current suppliers and potential new suppliers and viewed some fantastic new product collections that we fell in love with! 

Our new products have arrived and I have to say - they are awesome!  I especially love our new classroom display products like our 3-D Trimmers and Borders and our ready made Alphabet Display Letters. 

I found this video really interesting.  Chef Dan Barber squares off with a dilemma facing many chefs today:  how to keep fish on the menu.  With inpeccable research and deadpan humour, he chronicles his pursuit of sustainable fish he could love, and the foodie's honeymoon he's enjoyed since discovering an outrageously delicious fish raised using a revolutionary farming method in Spain.

Our Accent Cards have endless uses and are so popular that we have extended our range to include, amongst others, the Frog-tastic jumping frogs designs and the innovative Furry Friends which can hold displays in their cute paws!
