Same Day Shipping and Free Delivery to the UK

Our Service Commitment

All standard / stocked orders received Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays in England) before 1.30pm are processed and shipped the same day. Custom orders take approximately an extra 3-4 working days (occasionally longer in high season Aug-Oct).

FREE Delivery to the UK

UK orders - are sent via Second Class Mail which aims to deliver in 2 working days.

Overseas Orders

Unfortunately due to new customs requirements we no longer deliver overseas, however our sister company EducationEnchantee.com - a UK based, French language website sells most of the same product and has shipping rates set up for most EU countries including Ireland.

Delayed deliveries

Should your order not arrive within five working days (UK) or 8-10 working days (EU) please contact us so we can investigate your order and get your goods to you as soon as possible.

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery - UK only

If you would like your order to arrive the next day please select this option in the 'Shipping Method' of the checkout process. Standard next day delivery will arrive at any time during the next day. For pre 1pm delivery please contact us directly. All next day delivery options incur a supplement which is shown and calculated online - orders must be placed before midday, Monday - Thursday and signed for on arrival. Next day for delivery on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday is currently unavailable.

Refunds and Returns

If there is any issue with any of our products, we will promptly replace, exchange or refund your order. Change of mind returns will receive refunds less packaging and postage costs. Please note: This excludes custom made (e.g. personalised) / made to order (e.g. special colour) products.
Standard goods must be returned in their original condition (i.e. unopened and in a resaleable condition) to the following address (contact us for returns by courier):

Please enclose the original invoice and indicate whether you require an exchange or refund.
It is the customer's responsibility for the return shipping costs unless the returned item is a result of our error (i.e.you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).

Christmas Period - Customised & Made to Order Stamp Orders

We are unable to fulfil custom and made to order stamps during the Christmas to New Year holiday period due to factory closure. Orders will be held and made as a priority upon reopening.
