+ How do I purchase products?

Simply browse our online catalogue of products and if you wish to add a product to your basket click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button located beneath the product image. When you have finished shopping click on the ‘View Cart' or 'Checkout’ link on the top right of the screen to view the items in your basket and proceed to the purchasing page. If you need help at any time please call us on 0800 058 8105 (calling within the UK) or +44 20 7193 8408 (calling outside the UK).

+ What payment options do you offer?

We accept PayPal, and most major credit cards. We can also invoice your school directly - a purchase order number must be stated if the school operates this invoicing system.

Placing a school order

If you are a school or organisation we have created an account facility for you. Simply place your order online then select the ‘Pay on Invoice’ option on the ‘Payment Information’ page. You will also have the option to include your own reference number if applicable. Your order will be delivered to you along with an invoice which is payable in 30 days. Please note orders will only be sent to the school/organisation’s official address. Please do not enter your personal address.

+ Is delivery free?

Yes, postage and packaging is FREE to anywhere in the United Kingdom. All orders received are processed and shipped within 24 hours via Second Class Mail which aims to deliver in 2 working days.

We also offer a UK guaranteed next day delivery service which incurs an extra cost (calculated online). Orders must be placed before midday, Monday - Thursday and signed for on arrival. If you wish to select this shipping option, please do so in the 'Shipping Method' of the checkout process. Next day delivery is NOT available for Saturday or Monday deliveries.

Classroom Capers welcomes and offers shipping to some international destinations. Shipping costs are based on the actual weight of items and the shipping distance. Simply place your order online and the shipping costs will be automatically added to the order totall.

+ How quickly do you deliver?

All orders posted within the United Kingdom are processed and shipped FREE within 24 hours via Second Class Mail which aims to deliver in 2 working days. We also offer a guaranteed next day delivery service which carries an extra charge which is displayed during checkout. Special delivery orders must be placed before midday, Monday - Thursday and signed for on arrival. International orders aim to deliver between 5-8 working days.

+ Do you deliver to countries outside the United Kingdom?

We currently only deliver to Ireland, Spain and Italy, Shipping costs are based on the actual weight of items and the shipping distance. Simply place your order online and the shipping costs will be automatically added to the order total.

+ I ordered products from you 5 days ago and they haven’t arrived. Where are they?

UK orders are sent via First Class Mail which aims to deliver the following working day, or by ‘next day’ courier. Should your order not arrive within 5 days please contact us so we can follow up and get your goods to you as soon as possible.

International orders may take longer depending on the country the products are being shipped to.

+ I have an account but I’ve forgotten my password. What do I do?

If you've forgotten your password please click here and enter your e-mail address and we'll send you an e-mail message containing your new password.

+ How do I return a product?

If you are not satisfied with any of our products, we will exchange or refund the purchase price, less packaging and postage within 30 days of original invoicing. Please note this excludes custom (e.g personalised) and made to order (e.g. colour change) products.

Goods must be returned in their original condition (i.e. not marked in any way) to:

It is the customers' responsibility for the return shipping costs unless the returned item is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).

+ Are my credit card details and other information secure?

We take every precaution to protect our customers' information. When you submit sensitive information via our website, your information is protected both online and off-line. We do not store credit card details. Please click here for further information.

As these products are bespoke and made to order they cannot be returned unless there is a discrepancy in the order.
